Refund policy
This policy explains how to request help with a Chessalto web payment, cancel renewal, or request a refund.
Web purchases
Free training requires no payment. This policy applies to paid web subscriptions when they become available.
Paddle is the merchant of record for Chessalto web subscriptions and handles payment and refund processing. Refunds follow the Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms that apply to your purchase, together with your applicable consumer rights.
Request a refund
Visit paddle.net and choose "Request refund", or follow the support link in your receipt. You can also email vetrarbrautin@vetrarbrautin.is for help. Include your purchase email, receipt or transaction ID, and the reason for your request. Do not send your card number or security code.
Contact us promptly about duplicate charges, an incorrect payment, or a technical problem that prevents you from using Premium. We will investigate and help you resolve the issue with Paddle.
Refund eligibility
Eligibility depends on your location, the purchase, and the reason for your request. Paddle may consider discretionary requests made within 14 days of a transaction; submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights can provide additional protection. See Paddle's linked policy for the rules and exceptions that apply to you.
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights. A refund may end Premium access, while your account can continue using Chessalto's free features.
Cancel renewal
Cancel renewal using Manage subscription in Chessalto Settings, the link in your Paddle receipt, or Paddle buyer support. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period.
Canceling renewal does not automatically refund a previous payment. To request a refund, follow the steps above. Deleting your Chessalto account does not cancel your subscription; cancel renewal first.
